These terms explain the rules for using our public website and how website information relates to separate software proposals and contracts.

These Terms of Use govern access to the Software Solution Company website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. If you are evaluating or purchasing software or services, the final commercial relationship may also be governed by a proposal, quotation, statement of work, licence, support agreement or other written contract.

Website content describes our software-development capabilities, configurable products and related services. It is intended for general information and sales evaluation. Features, integrations, implementation scope, timelines and pricing can vary by project, edition, hosting environment and customer requirement. A website description does not by itself create a binding commitment to deliver a particular feature, integration, deadline or price.

3. Quotes, demos and project agreements

Demo requests and enquiry forms are invitations to discuss requirements. A project is confirmed only when the parties agree to the applicable commercial and technical terms. Where a signed proposal or contract conflicts with these website Terms in relation to a specific project, the signed project document will control for that project.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, original text, branding, graphics, software demonstrations and other materials created by Software Solution Company are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership and licence rights for custom software, source code, third-party components, customer data, documentation and deliverables should be defined in the applicable project agreement.

5. Customer and user materials

If you provide requirements, logos, screenshots, datasets, documents or other materials, you represent that you have the authority to provide them for the intended purpose. You remain responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to us do not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights or disclose information you are not authorized to share.

  • introduce malware, automated abuse, denial-of-service traffic or harmful code;

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we may update, suspend, replace or remove website content or functionality for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the public website.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis for information and enquiry purposes. 13. Governing law

These website Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable in Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law requires. A specific customer contract may include its own dispute-resolution or jurisdiction provisions.
