Our practices are intended to be transparent and to support applicable privacy and data-protection requirements in Bangladesh, including the Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025, where applicable. Technical and usage information
Depending on your consent choices and our active website configuration, we may receive information such as the page you visited, referral source, campaign parameters (for example UTM values), browser/device information and analytics events. Marketing identifiers such as gclid or fbclid may be associated with a lead only when present and when the relevant tracking/consent settings allow it.
Security and administration information
Our systems may create limited technical records needed to secure forms, prevent abuse, administer the CMS, investigate failed login attempts and maintain audit trails. Administrative security records do not intentionally store raw IP addresses in the CMS audit log; security hashes may be used instead.

Some technology providers may process data outside Bangladesh. Where an international transfer occurs, we will seek to use the service in a manner consistent with applicable transfer, security and contractual requirements. The availability and location of third-party infrastructure can change over time.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, an ongoing customer or business relationship, legitimate recordkeeping, security, dispute handling, or applicable legal obligations. Enquiry and sales records may be retained while follow-up remains relevant. Security and anti-abuse logs are kept for limited periods; current CMS security routines generally retain login-attempt data for up to about 30 days and audit activity for up to about 180 days unless a longer period is needed for an active security matter or legal requirement.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. These include access controls, password hashing, protected administrative sessions, request validation, restricted uploads, security logging, backups and server-level protections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so we also maintain backup and recovery procedures and review security controls as the system evolves.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may ask us about personal information we hold about you, request correction or updating, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, object to certain processing, or request deletion when legally appropriate. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, contractual, security or recordkeeping purposes.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, national identity documents or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

This website is intended primarily for businesses and adult decision-makers. We do not knowingly design the website to collect personal information directly from children. If information about a child needs to be processed for a specific service, the appropriate authorization and safeguards should be established for that context.
